Looks like a cockerel to me.

You could part the saddle feathers to see if there are some new and rather pointy and darker ones coming in.
Comb and wattles would be way to big for a pullet at this age.

Sorry, I say male.

I see some shiny feathering, and that's a very male face.

Maybe a fulll body side shot would help, and more photos if you've got them. The coloring is uneven, so maybe male, but I'd expect to see more signs at 15 weeks for a Mediterranean breed.

I say hen. At this age, a rooster should be growing the saddle feathers by now I'd think.
Try to dig and look for long pointy and shiny saddle feathers growing out otherwise.. The picture sorta shows me female.

I agree. These look like male saddle feathers coming in.

Quite split.
Wait a week or two, and if those are saddles, they will become quite visible.
