Hen or roo 3 month old Olive egger

I suck at telling with the solid colored chickens but here's a black and Gold Olive egger I have and was wondering what you guys think? Are they a pullet or a cockerel? I'll take better shots of the feathers when I catch him/her

I didn't think they were quite pointed but I myself was leaning towards cockerel.
