So far it looks to be a hen. I haven’t had any crowing yet, and the saddle feathers seem to be hen-ish.

Actually, I grabbed it and come to find out it is a rooster. It has not crowed

yet but a beautiful one at that.

How old now, about sixteen weeks? I’m still not sure. Those feathers look awful pointed, but the full body picture looks quite like a pullet. Can you get a close up photo of the comb and wattles?

I have a few people who aren’t sure either. I was going to rehome she/he on Wednesday but if a pullet I don’t want to. The hatch day was December 3rd. So yeah 16 weeks

I feel pretty confident that’s a cockerel, but I’m not 100% sure. If you can, I’d wait another couple weeks and see if it lays eggs or crows.
