Hen or Roo? (and breed would be nice, too!)

I have attached pictures of a chick that I hatched from a surprise box of eggs. Would like to know if it is a specific breed, but more importantly (the age-old question): Hen or roo?

Could it be a blue Cochin? It looks like a pullet to me.

They have blue cochins at McMurray hatchery. At least the bantam size. I didn't look at what they had in standard size. I just got 3 blue bantam chicks and they are pretty!!

Thanks for the help! I'm glad it's a pullet (kinda thought so, wasn't sure) because she's so pretty and I would have hated to get rid of her.

We have limited ourselves to one rooster to keep the neighbors from complaining about noise.
