Hen or Roo? Easter Egger / Orpington / Possibly Chanty(?)

I'm new to raising chickens. Just added this guy (and a friend not in the picture) to my other birds.
This one is really being picked on - left out - wondering if it's because he's a roo. We already have one big rooster. Thanks!

I’m going to say hen on this one for body shape and stance, plus low comb development. My EE also get picked on and acts like a loner outside a small circle of friends. Almost always roosts and eats alone too.
 
Pullet. You can't just add a new bird without causing friction. You need to have a period of integration - the "Look but don't touch" method,(use the search function to find it, is the kindest, gentlest way. Chickens form a definite pecking order, when a new bird enters their zone. There is a shake up and then perhaps a new alpha
