I was SO sure this was a pullet and then all of a sudden she/he really started to look like a rooster...tell me it's just the age. Steps into my hand when I reach down and everything. She hatched on 3/31/19, so about 10 weeks old and is a cross between a Frizzle Silkie and Buff Orpington. Thanks!

I would say rooster, but it's a close one...

Thanks! I'm going to keep waiting but the suspense is killing me with this one, lol. I won't be keeping it if it's a roo so I've literally sat down with Fizzgig and told HER she needs to stop turning into a rooster (if you're familiar with the Jim Hensen movie Dark Crystal, you'll see the resemblance )

I just rehomed all of my roosters and kept this little bugger. I still haven't heard a crow but things really aren't looking promising, lol.

Hope this helps. Mine were hatched 5/1/19 and at about 6 weeks 2 looked very much like a rooster.
The pic of the 2 together are 2 hens taken June 9th. They are the same age as the 2 roo's
Mine are full English Orps.

My guess is a hen.
However I am very new at this and I am going off a full blooded Orp.
However, yours being much older then mine I would think the comb and wattles would be larger. Being mixed may be the throw off.
