I'd say Pullet too, but it's really too soon to be sure with Orpingtons.
I have some 3 month old English O's I still can't be sure of. Because the girls also have big combs and wattles, and the breed in general is so demure that boy-offs are short and mild. Like Bagel said, pullets squabble some too. So just keep watching.
