Hen or Roo?? Please help

I'm having a sneaky suspicion that my Silver Laced Wyandotte is a roo. I got her, Lacy, and the Barred Rock, Lucy, this past spring and they are inseparable so I hope that is not the situation because we can't have a rooster in the city limits.

Any idea BC community?

i wish city's could actually think about allowing roos instead of vetoing immediately!
i live in the country and our little silkie roo doesn't crow much and when he does it sounds strangled so we don't have the full volume cock-a-doodle-doo! his is more of an errk-a-errrrr the end being really drawn out
