HEN OR ROO...PLEASE HELP!

I have two "hens" I got as chicks. I am now wondering if one is really a rooster. "She" has started making loud noises in the morning although I would not call it a crow. "She" is 12 weeks and either a Red Star or Rhode Island Red.
What do you think hen or roo? Please help! Thank you!

Show us some pics of the legs. I always look for spurs, or nubs. Cept for on silkies....

My Red Sex-Link is 18 weeks and she barely has a comb. I see saddle feaethers on this one also. I have to say "ROO".

definitely a roo, big big comb and saddle feathers.
Looks like a rhode island red.
