Hi @Frazzemrat1 - thanks for your advice. May I ask what a hatchery quality pullet is.. and whats the difference from a non-hatchery... is it a good thing or bad thing? I got her from a local breeder (I assumed they hatched it). Thanks.

hatchery quality basically means that the bird doesn't align with the Standard of Perfection. its close and has some characteristics, but not all. For instance, this young lady is way too light. See the below pick BR pullets/hens are usually much darker than this one.
A Plymouth Rock would be a heritage breed, but I don't believe this bird falls in the category. For a breeder to say they're keeping a heritage breed flock, they have to be following the standard of perfection for the breed.

Are any of you seeing a single comb? I don't. This is not a Barred Plymouth Rock, hatchery quality or not.

I'd think you'd see saddle feathers by now. What is throwing me and keeping from thinking it's a pullet is the barring. For the wide white bars, like your's has, it need two copies of the barring gene. That's only possible in males.

I'm seeing, and better photos can change that, a pea combed barred cockerel. What is it? no idea- Dominique? But those are rose comb. It's a head scratcher for sure. Again, better photos can shed more light. If you take more photos get a good one of the comb.

Its a single comb. Here's a close up of the 3rd pic, the face shot.

Nice pic. It's confirmed then. Definitely a pullet.

It's so far from standard of any breed I'd not venture to name it. Should be a prolific layer of light brown to cream eggs. You can't go wrong with that! The body type screams "I'll give you a Jumbo egg a day!"
