I know I'm no Michael oshay but
It looks like a deleware pullet

Count your blessings. ) It has a columbian color pattern like that of a Delaware pullet, but it doesn't have the yellow legs and single comb of a Delaware. I'm thinking it's either a very poor hatchery quality Delaware or a Delaware mixed breed.

With a comb and wattles that large and red at 10 weeks, your red bird is a cockerel.

If you're wondering about both, I'd guess the Sliver Laced Cochin (?) is cockerel also.

The red is a rooster. The cochin looks like a pullet to me.

Does your Silver Laced bird have feathers on it's feet and legs? Maybe it's just a trick of the camera angle, but the legs and feet look bare to me in the photo.
