Hen or Roo??

The top bird is a cockerel. You don't give an age, but I am fairly certain that the other bird is also a cockerel.

just about 3 months old. My daughter hatched them in school. The brown is starting a crow I believe.. he was making a noise this morning :/

They both look like cockerels to me.

Well I was convinced this hen I bought was a rooster. After all she's super aggressive. Loud and has a huge comb. But I'm pretty sure she's just a bossy hen.

Mature hens can have big combs. Young birds with big, red combs are almost always male.

I have been hearing a god awful noise the last week until I finally saw for myself this morning it was the brown bird trying to crow.. so I am thinking I wont be as lucky as you...
