About 15 weeks.

I'm thinking hen considering the small comb but it walks and looks so different than the other ladies.

That's a cockerel.

If you're used to straight combed birds, the pea comb can be confusing as it appears small.
 
That bird has male hackle and saddle feathers and random spots of red on the shoulders/wing. It's a boy, without a doubt.


Absolutely. Ee are easy to sex based on their color pattern alone. Just by his pattern I can say it's a boy. Hens simply don't get a Columbian like pattern. Sometimes they are white with black in the hackles, but never like this. It is a common white EE cockerel and he will start getting more color soon as well.
