Hen or Roo ???

All pictures are the same chicken. I can't see any difference in the saddle feathers at this age between the pullets and the known rooster. They all look the same. It doesn't act like a rooster but the feathers on the neck look like they might be coming in long and thin. Sometimes I see rooster and sometimes I see hen. Don't want to rehome if it is a hen. My heart says please be a hen. Also, as a baby it had the dark wash on it's legs.

Cockerel. He's got male feathers coming in, he's also light in color.

 

[Mary's Backyard Chickens]

He's a cockerel. His feathers on his tail are getting long, and his waddle is dark red and big. He has male features.
