Hen or Roo?

These are 2 lavender aracuanas, 5 weeks old, I have 8 and some definite Roos but hoping these are pullets...

Combs are quite red for 5 weeks...

My guess would be that they're pullets. Especially if you have hatch mates to compare them too that are definitely roosters. I find it's much easier for me to determine gender when I'm raising them together because it's easier to pick out the differences.

Thank you. I’m hopeful that they are pullets. They are definitely a lot lighter in colour to the boys. Fingers crossed but knowing my luck....
