I am definitely dead to the world in the mornings, but my husband said he thinks he has the past few mornings.

Dang, I love this chicken, he is definitely docile and sweet but sadly it looks like we'll have to find him a new home. We live in a neighborhood, so we definitely can't have a rooster

Maybe you can find him a home. Craig’s list, feed store bulletin boards, etc. I’ve got some excess roosters too and they’re all adorable—so much fun to watch. But they can’t all stay. I’ll keep the courtly ones who treat the girls with respect, and put the rest in the freezer. We have no neighbors so it’s not such a big deal to have them around for a while.
