Hen or Roo?

Hi everyone!
First time hatching our own chicks. This one is the only one that made it. We are unsure if this is a hen or rooster. Around 6 weeks old. Any ideas? TIA!

Unless I'm mistaken, I believe that is a pullet

Looks like a pullet to me, but I don’t know much! I’m just guessing.

Suspicions of male due to some reddening wattles with a bit of development, and what looks to be some reddening in the comb. Could be perspective of the photo, but legs look a bit thick - some breeds have noticeably thicker legs for the males, but others are not that obvious.

What breed? Or is it a mix?

Mother is Easter egger and father is americauna. Its legs are a bit thick and also is growing a few feathers on legs. None of our other hens have feathers on their legs but our rooster does.
