Found this chicken at a ballpark and I’ve never owned one before! What breed is it? Hen or roo?

You have found yourself a Black, White Crested Polish Cockerel.
I have the same but a pullet.
If you have other chickens, do not mix them. Keep him separated from your flock while you decide to keep him or find his home.
If he will let you handle him...he probably will,
Check him out for mites under his wings, tail and legs.
Check his crop for emptiness in the morning.
Look at his poop.
You can post pictures if your in doubt.
Trim his head feathers around his eyes so he can see. He probably ventured away because he couldn't see around all those crazy head feathers. Hopefully, he didn't get dumped off.
Does he crow?
He looks to be about 4 mos old and skinny!
Give him electrolytes (go online to find receipe) and fresh water. Feed him Grower/starter chick feed and chick grit.
Scramble up some eggs. He will love you for that. You can pulverize the shell and added it for grit for tonight.
He has probably been foraging and his crop needs it.
Please keep us posted. He is a very nice looking bird. He won't get too much bigger. He might get taller and broader.
Poor lil boy!
Hope you can keep him or find him a home.
Where are you located?

Thank you for the response! Just seeing it now. We found him a nice home with our neighbors and their hens! He’s doing great!
