Hen or Roo?

So this morning while I was outside I noticed this chic attack 3 others. My duccle Roo, my polish and another chic about its size. It’s like over night it became a bully! It’s pulling them by the neck and holding them down. Now tho king bully or Roo? 🤦‍♀️

What would you guess gender wise for this baby.
Yours is female. Face definitely says female! Beautiful girl. Sorry for your loss.

OP's is male.

I'd agree about the darker wing patches being a sign of a cockerel, but not necessarily only a cockerel thing.
More about the actual feathering than the colour imo. The boys get those nice silky wing patches. Often they are darker though.

around this time young cockerels will begin to establish a pecking order between other cockerels, mine did this at 9 weeks. my white cochin bantam got pecked bloody before it was established. any pics of the other chick? chances are it is also a cockerel.
