Hen or Roo?

I don’t know....besides the larger comb, I’m not getting a cockerel vibe. There’s no sign of pointed saddle feathers and the tail feathers look hen colored. Could be wrong tho.

Personally I couldn't say for sure with 100% certainty. If its 12 weeks its possibly a fast maturing pullet. Any pics from 6-7 weeks in age?

Eh that's not a huge amount of comb even in the 7wk photo.

I'd wait a couple more weeks. My gut agrees with Odd, but it's not unheard of for a girl to get combing quickly...
