Please could you tell me if these two are hens or roo? They are 10 week old bantam EEs.

I agree. I doubt they're bantam EEs personally. The second looks to be a Buff Orpington or Buff Orpington mix and first just a mix
And I agree with you, they don’t even look to be bantams…to me, but I don’t know much about bantams, but have heard that bantam chicks tend to be larger than the parents, same goes for standard sizes.
