Problems WILL arise, so why let them? Just eat/rehome the one you like less. No need to wait for the issues to happen.

But, they won't if they have enough room to get away from the perpetrator.

If you really like him you can keep him in his own pen. Culling or rehoming is not always the answer for everyone.
