Hen or Roo?

Hello! My gf is giving us this adorable little Blue laced red Wyandotte, and thinks it's about 2 months old. I'm starting to worry now that it's a Roo as it already seems quite developed. My 6 month old golden laced only just started to get her wattles like this! Lol

Its not super obvious this time, but I'm 80 percent sure its a hen

This is part of the reason I'm unsure. This is my 6 month old GLW. She was very behind my SLW, who one day came out of the coop as a rooster lol So now that I have this little one who is younger yet so developed, I'm now wondering if that's why.
