Hen or Roo?

New Chicken mom here. I need help distinguishing if these two are in fact Hens. I purchased them as sexed female chick's. They are just over 10weeks. I'm not allowed to have Roosters where I live and would be so sad if I had to rehome them. Looking forward to your responses.

Both are boys.

Both are cockerels.

Both roos. You can tell because of the feet color, especially the combs and wattles (my pullets aren't even this big or red at 21 weeks), pointy and curving tail feathers, and the BR roo has double barring (whiter more apparent barring). My BR pullets are much darker in barring.

Double barring on a Barred rock chicken only happens to roosters. This BR is 110% rooster. Their combs and wattles are way way way too big and red for 10 weeks.

The saddle and hackle feathers are usually a good way to tell. Those long, shiny, pointed feathers on the neck and back near the tail. The comb and wattles are also quit large and red.

So when will the crow? That's my main concern since we live within city limits. Is it possible they may never crow?
