Definitely a cockerel.
Also if you didn't know a male under the age of one year is called a cockerel, females are called pullets under the age of one year.

And what breed? I was told I was getting easter egger pullets and then I got silver laced wyandotte and some red stars(which I know are called other things as well) almost postive I have all pullets with those 2 but may post them later.
