Hen or Roo ?

Winters where I live get pretty cold -30c I put heavy plastic on the doors where the chickens sleep , the sides are hardware plastic and not covered is that enough ventilation ? They are only in there to sleep then free range during the day I just don’t want anything getting in at night it’s an 8x10 barn also for context
