Hen or roo

Hello y'all. I have a chicken that is an EE and it will be 15 weeks tomorrow I'm still not sure if it's a hen or a roo. I have another EE but her feathers are more rounded then this ones and I'm positive she is a she. This one however I've gone back an forth on. What do y'all think?

Also this chciken is rather difficult to catch definitely the most skittish one I have.

From what I can tell it looks like a pullet, but could you get a comb picture?

Agree, an head shot would be best. EEs can be any color, and while few cockerels would be colored like this bird, probably not impossible. We need that picture of the head!
