Hen or roo?

7 Weeks old. Originally thought roo, then hen, and now wondering if its a roo again. Its supposed to be OE.

I’m being truly curious and not contradictory, but what is showing it as a roo? When I look at the neck feathers, they seem to be rounded. It also looks like the comb is more pinkish than red.

I have a oe mystery as well, but the comb is very red.

I am honestly curious as well.. maybe someone will chime in.

The combs are very red for 7 weeks. Most breeds of pullet won't redden up like that until closer to being ready to lay, like 16-20 weeks, or sometimes even more.
