Hello,

Im new to raising baby chicks.
I have a 7 weeks old Brahma & a 6 week old brahma

Is it too early to tell if they're a Roo or Hen?

Thank you 🐄 šŸ¤—

Cockerel, the red wings (which aren't supposed to be there for that color) and black feathers say male. Female dark brahma are gray Partridge. and don't have the black feathers.

Thank you, good to know 😊
The one with the red wings had a stripe like this as a chick. Do you know by any chance if that's a way of sexing as day olds? (For next time 🤭)
