It's still a little early, but I'm going to say cockerel. Not saying that with confidence though. Comb is a little more pronounced than usual at this stage, color is 50/50. The legs seem to be thick, so that says cockerel. Update in two to three weeks for a more accurate answer. Or somebody else might have a different perspective

Not all of them develop at the same rate. This one just isn't there yet even though it is 6 weeks old.
