Hen or Roo?

I just had a few other people say it’s a pullet. Ugh!!!
The all white one is def a cockerel and acts as such. Bossy, chest bumping and rounds all my newer chicks up.
This black and white one is timid, and darts around “scared” acting and tries to stay away from a lot of them.
Sounds like you already have a dominant cockerel. This one could be a submissive cockerel - I had one like that. Sometimes, if there's already a dominant cockerel, non-dominant cockerels will be slower to mature physically/sexually.

But by all means, give it some more time. I think I see male saddle feathers, but it doesn't hurt to be certain before you rehome.

This one is a cockerel for sure, and a very unique looking one.

Thank you!! I bought 12 new 6-8 week olds in early May. One turned out (VERY early) to be a cockerel so I exchanged him for this black and white one. So it brought it into the fold with the other 11 that had been together for several weeks together. They all picked on this one bad for a few days and sometimes I will still see it happen but they all get along and sleep together. Both of the ones I posted about were seen going chest to chest yesterday.

Did they all come from the same breeder?

Well, this breeder should better not guarantee the sex of the chickens they sell as they obviously get it wrong quite often, even later in the chicks development.

As you do not want any males in your flock, return them and get a nice refund not only the price you payed but also for the weeks/month you fed them.
I just messaged her back and sent pictures. She told me I can bring them back and she will give a refund. I may wait a while and see what happens. I think the black and white one is gorgeous. I’m so sad!!

Don't be sad, enjoy your chickens not matter what!

In case you decide to take the two females instead of the refund, they should be of the same age as your main flock.
Keep them separate in a see but no touch area and add the most docile pullet from your main flock after a few days. Wait one week until they have established their own little hierarchy, then add another one of the main flock every week until there are only 4 or 5 left in the main flock.
This should take some weeks and will shake up the original hierarchy enough to keep them from harassing the new pullets when you finally let them all range and roost together.
