Hen or Roo?

Hello!
He’s beautiful so I’m sad too say he’s a cockerel.
I posted another group of pictures in this thread questioning another bird (it is black and white). I have gotten mixed reviews though. All posters on this thread say cockerel. All posters on another post say pullet. Want to give your opinion?

That one is tricky the comb says hen but the saddle feathers are questionable. Easter eggers have ( or at least mine have ) fairly small combs if they’re hens. How small was he when he was about 7 weeks? I had a regular sized chick at 7 weeks old and he I a GIANT rooster now and I got a smaller one at the same age and he’s a roo but definitely slower to develop. Has it grown and spur bumps yet? My Roos started to develop spur bumps at around 12/14 weeks.

These pics were right after I got it May 25th. I’d say approx age was 7/8 weeks maybe?
