I'm thinking cockerel. Legs are pretty thick, comb is a little too red for only 13 weeks, and I think I'm seeing the beginning of some pointy hackle and saddle feathers.

I’m thinking pullet for now, but I’m not totally sold. Are you sure she’s an Easter Egger? She doesn’t look like any that I’ve seen.

Easter eggers do not have a standard. Birds can be any color and can have a variety of traits. The current use of the term Easter egger can apply to any bird that has a potential for a colored (likely blue) egg gene. Blue will appear different shades of green based on how much brown is on the shell. This bird is probably an EE if that is what it was sold as.
