Hen or roo?

Firstly, his comb which is red and already quite big at his young age.
Secondly, he is growing dark red, narrow and more pointy 'shoulder patches' and pointy hackles.
Thirdly, his legs are rather thick and strong.

Look at his back and you will see more narrow and pointy feathers growing in.

Just updating here, but he started crowing yesterday hahaha. He has found himself a lovely home who cares for chickens as pets. He will be loved the rest of his days! Thanks for all of your advice!
