I was thinking that was because of the photo quality because what about those sickle feathers?

Hmmm. If they stop growing, I'd say she looks close to my Australorp hens in the tail. Then again, that's probably too much development for 3 months old. I'm changing my vote!

Way too much too red comb and wattles at 3 months for a pullet.

I don't see any male specific feathers yet, but those don't start growing in until about 12 weeks so I'm willing to bet they just haven't come in yet. There's a little curve to some of the tail feathers, but not enough to call them sickle feathers imo.
