Hen or Roo?

I always thought my BO was a hen.. but then started to notice larger wattles and comb compared to the other buff hens. Now I'm not so sure, Judging by the overall size of the buff brahma I think it must be a he. Anyone else care to venture a guess. Recent picture of buff brahma. BO pic taken about 3 wks ago. They are between 12 and 14 WEEKS OLD!
