Hen or Roo?

We are new to the BYC web page but have been fans for....well.... since we got our chickens 4months ago. Anyway, we have a chicken that is crowing in the morn, has a decent sized crest and puffs up every once in awhile. Definitely the bossiest one of the 5 we have. the other 4 seem to be "normal" hens. She is probably about 6 months old. Was also the smallest bird for awhile but still would push the others around. Silky/bantam cross? Would like clarification so we don't needlessly wake the neighbors. Thx

See y'all are suppose to say yeh, thats one good looking hen. Man I wish my hens were that good lookin.

Ok, well, we'll have to see about trading herrrrrrrrrrrrrim for a egg layer.

Yep probably a rooster. I do have a hen that crows. Yep. She lays eggs too! She is a strange occurance though. It doesn't happen very often. Yours is probably a him.
