Hello, I'm seeking your help again to see what you all think about this bird...

This allegedly is a Speckled Sussex pullet. I got "her" back in May and she was between 6-8 weeks old then, so I'm guessing she's around 16-20 weeks old now... No eggs, no crows- so I'm just not sure...






I posted pictures back in May when I got "her" and the consensus was split then, so I'm interested to hear what others may think now. (Also, I need to know because my neighbors might cause me bodily harm if it is a rooster)

At that age, with that posture and tail carriage, I'm saying pullet nearing point of lay.
