Okay I bought some Buff Orpington babies back in December.
I know one is a Rooster, and one is a hen. But WHAT is this 3rd one?
First collage is the Hen. I know this is a girl!
Second is a Roo-I know this is a roo!
3rd. I do NOT know!!! HELP! He/She is smaller then the hen, but darker. HE/SHE is smaller than the roo, but lighter. Also has no tail feathers. Roo Already hass feathers that extend and curl over. Hen is beautiful and light. The Roo is also as big as my laying hens.

I'm not positive at this point but I'm leaning toward rooster due to the patches of darker shading on the wings. Hens don't have that coloring.

And unless my monitor's color is messed up (always a possibility!) I don't think those last two birds are buff orps. The hen's color looks a little dark, but those last two are very very dark.

There are only 3 birds pictured. 2 pictures of each.
My little hen Is the exact same color as my adult Buff Hens, and my little roo is the Exact same color as my adult Roo.
Its only the 3rd set of pictures (The last two pictures with "??????" in the middle) that I have questions about, and only on the gender. I do think they are all Buff Orpingtons. But thank you!

Yeah, they are not that dark in person. I SWEAR!! LOL!!!
Especially the roo. This pic makes him look like a RIR! Sorry guys!
