Hen or roo?

I've recently acquired this lovely rock!
I can guess the age around 8 or 9 weeks?
Looks like a roo to me

Thanks! I thought so! Some one had dumped him at my work. He seems friendly for now, I'm gonna give him a chance he'll be the only rooster in my flock
