Hen or Roo?

I have this beautiful lavender Ameraucana, hoping it's a hen. Her brother I'm pretty sure is a roo. They are both almost 4 months old. And he definitely acts like a rooster.

I;ll say rooster because of the start of sickle feathers. Black one definitely.

I'm leaning towards rooster on the Lavender one, but I'm not sure. The black one is definitely a rooster.
