hen or rooster? breed?

13 weeks old. Was told this is a black maran, but doesn't seem to have any of he copper feathers. Also this chicken Developed way faster than my rhode island red hen. Is this a rooster or a hen?

Like K said, Australorp roo. The curled, sickle tail feathers and large comb indicates this.
