Hen or rooster? Isa brown 4 weeks old

I got him or her from a pullet bin but she looks like she's got a pinkish comb and a pinkish waddle.... what do you think? Ps: that my roo in the background...

Isa Browns aka red sex link males and females are totally different colors . If that is a red sex link, it's definitely a pullet.

the bin was labeled pullets but not the breed . there are a lot of breeds that look like this

I was just going by your title that it's an Isa Brown. If you post a profile shot I can tell you whether it's a red sex link or not. If so it'll have white in the wings.
