I have 6 leghorns all born within 3 days of each other. They are 8 months old. One is absolutely a rooster 4 are absolutely hens (all laying too). Number 6 is a strange one it has a small comb, it has a very small vent, no egg has ever passed it would be the size of a grape if it did, no waddle to speak of, it does not crow or make much noise at all unless I try to catch it. It is thin with out the brood chest the others have, it has a hens tail and I can not identify the reproductive parts, they seem to be very under developed and indistinguishable. Anyone heard of such an abnormality and is it common? I am sort of new at this though I have had many other animals all my life; these are my first chickens.

I got a load of McMurray white leghorns last spring... the majority of the girls were laying at 16 to 18 weeks but there was one little pullet that was kinda "stand-offish" and she didn't lay her first egg until she was around 35 weeks old! She lays an egg a day now, but I can't explain it!

All of the reproductive parts of a hen and rooster are internal. Sounds like a late-blooming hen to me. Some take their time laying. I'd recommend posting a pic of you can...that way we can give you a more definitive answer.
