The fluff on the head looks round, which is a female trait. I'd like to have a look at the comb, but I'd say pullet. How old is your silkie?

At this point it looks like a pullet, but young Silkies can be notoriously difficult to sex even for experience chicken owners. I would post its pic again in 5-6 weeks for reconfirmation of its gender.

She's an Easter Egger pullet.

The Buff Silkie looks like a pullet, but Silkies are hard to sex. Your grey and black chicken is an Easter Egger pullet.
