hen or rooster?

hey everyone! have been helping to collectively run a coop for a few years now, and we recently came into a new addition. this is floyd. she has been with us for a few months now. i got her from my neighbor. she had rescued her from one of her friends who had gotten her as a novelty gift for her kids for easter, up to and including dying her green. after the holiday was over, the friend simply put her outside where my neighbor saved her. anyway, the original coop consists of only two remaining chickenboos now, and when we first brought floyd in, she was a lot smaller and was pecked accordingly. as you can see in the photos, she has grown quite a bit. her comb and wattles were large to begin with and continue to grow. i am not sure if i see saddle feathers or sickles. and today, i think i saw her mount one of the hens. it was around food, so it was hard to tell if it was some kind of argument or actually mounting though. thanks for the help!

Floyd look like a roo to me. I keep only hens, and a while back I had one hen that I believe was stuck between GOOD and EVIL.. She was trying to mount some of the other hens,, This is true and I don't have an explanation for it. None of the other hens in all of my 18 years of keeping chickens acted this way.
Lets see what other peeps think of floyd.
