Hen or Rooster?

So I ordered chicks from the Welp hatchery. It was a disaster...over half arrived dead and I lost more after that but that's a story for another day. Anyway... From that order I only ended up with one Red Shouldered Yokohama. I wanted a rooster of this breed super bad. I bet it is a hen but I can never tell until its super obvious. lol

What do you guys think?

Hen or rooster? Got chicks from Tractor supply a few months ago. New to chickens and unsure of how to tell the difference.
