I would wait before doing anything, there are some funky colored faverolles going around,and even standard colored don't always get a beard and muffs. It's not going to hurt to wait and see.

I've never seen a Salmon faverolles that looked like that. I think "Keesmom," is the expert on them. If you post photos at "what breed or gender is this." She will probably see them.
