I don't know what to think about my little pearl white leghorn, I think it is a he but idk

Judging by the comb and wattles, I'd say rooster. I'm not an expert, though, so I could be wrong.

If it's the same age as the pullet in the background of the first pics then it's definitely a Cockerel

About 17 weeks. I looked it up and saw that pearl whites have really big combs. And to look at the shape of the feathers. They are rounded and it has recently started squatting when I put my hand over him? Does that mean anything? Thank you guys!

If its squatting for you, then you have a point of lay pullets. She just matured faster than the other one in the picture.
