Hen or rooster?

I have this chicken, I don’t know what breed, I think Rhode Island Red or red ranger, but I have no idea if it’s a hen or rooster. It doesn’t fight with my Cornish cross rooster, they are best friends, which is why I’m leaning towards hen, but I’m not sure. They are 18 weeks old. Also, if anyone has any input on breed, it would be greatly appreciated. I’m thinking Rhode Island Red.

At 18 weeks that looks like a pullet.
Also, she looks like a RIR to me but I’m not sure.

Thanks everyone!! Definitely not a New Hampshire as she’s VERY dark in color, almost a maroon. I was told that she was the same as the other chickens with breed, but all my others look like red rangers. She is the only one this dark.
